This stunning project began as a shell within a large-scale new build development in the City of London, which has now been transformed into an exclusive Peruvian restaurant. Coya endeavours to keep traditional elements of Peruvian cooking alive whilst creating a contemporary cuisine for a modern London Clientele.
CTC were instructed to Project and Cost Manage the scheme from the initial stages until handing over to the restaurant’s operations team. CTC worked alongside our Client’s appointed Interior Designers and collaborated on all design matters offering our expertise on building regulations and other compliance matters.
The design for this high-end restaurant challenged our team to bring together vibrant Incan colours and bespoke Latin American furniture to produce an engaging and immersive dining experience.
