Having established itself in Los Angeles, Sparrow Italia came to Mayfair to demonstrate its modern Italian restaurant design that embodies European sophistication.

CTC were instructed as Project and Cost Managers to oversee the professional team and work alongside the client appointed Los Angeles based Interior Designer to develop a full drawing package. CTC also advised on the operational functionality of the space along with contract administering the JTC Contract.
