A fit out within the extension to the West Quay shopping centre forming the new landmark development in central Southampton. This mixed-use complex houses a new cinema, bowling alley and 16 new restaurant units.
CTC were appointed to assist the in-house designer with the design and produce a full detailed drawing package. Once this was completed CTC submitted applications for all statutory consents and for all stages of landlord’s consent. CTC also Project Managed the fit out from start to finish including the procurement of the fixtures and fitting and all the furniture.
The site is located centrally amongst the other restaurants on the lower promenade facing the historic Roman wall. The interior design kept to the existing brand colour pallet with wooden floors, tiled and decorated walls and brand new artwork designed by CTC’s interiors team.
