Meraki

This new venture consisted of stripping out an existing restaurant to make way for an exciting Mediterranean offer.  Meraki is a contemporary Greek restaurant and bar in the heart of Fitzrovia celebrating the vibrant atmosphere of Greece.

CTC were instructed post-acquisition to assess the condition of the building fabric, during this process we identified several critical structural defects demanding large scale and complex repair works.  CTC worked alongside a Client appointed Architect as Project and Cost Managers as well as collaborating on all design matters. Our expertise on building regulations and other compliance was paramount when advising our client through the process.

The design and remodelling of this restaurant involved major structural alterations, challenging our knowledge, to create an open plan arrangement. Achieving this for our Client enabled them to instil their principles of Greek hospitality with spaces for dining and entertainment.
