A fit out within the extension to the West Quay shopping centre forming the new landmark development in central Southampton. This this mixed-use complex houses a new cinema, bowling alley and 16 new restaurant units.
CTC were appointed to assist the in-house designer with the design and produce a full detailed drawing package. CTC submitted applications for all statutory consents and for all stages of landlord’s consent. CTC Project Managed the fit out from start to finish including the procurement of the fixtures and fitting and all the furniture.
The size and shape of the unit created a challenge to fit a 50-cover restaurant with all the necessary BOH operation. In order to fit everything in two mezzanine decks were installed to house all the plant and equipment. The interior design kept to the existing brand colour pallet with wooden and tiled floors, tiled, rough render and decorated walls and bespoke wine display cabinets.
